Quality Assurance Program

The Laser Eye Center of Hawaii’s (“LEC”) Quality Assurance Program is a reflection of our commitment to patients choosing laser vision correction with us, and our confidence in our procedures, panel doctors, and surgeons.

Membership and Eligibility
The Quality Assurance Program includes an “Initial 12-Month Coverage” plan and “Extended Coverage” plan.

Every LEC patient receives membership into the Initial 12-Month Coverage plan. Clinically qualifying patients are eligible for membership in the Extended Coverage Plan.

Enrollment in either of the plans is free. Requirements for coverage apply.

Prior to your procedure, your LEC participating panel doctor will review the Quality Assurance Program and the plan membership(s) that currently apply to you. Important eligibility requirements, in order for coverage to apply, will also be discussed.
